Business Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales and deliveries of RiFa Chili Circus chili sauces. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Our chili sauces are handmade on the island of Mallorca using 100% natural, vegan ingredients with no additives or allergens.
Heat levels range from mild to very hot. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering.

3.Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and to change or discontinue products at any time.

4.Prices & Payment

All prices are in EUR and exclusive of VAT (if applicable), unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due in full before dispatch. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or other agreed terms for B2B clients. 5.Shipping & Delivery

We deliver directly to restaurants, hotels, caterers, and gourmet shops. Shipping costs and delivery times will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Delivery dates are non-binding unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

We currently ship throughout Spain and the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact us directly and we will be happy to prepare an individual shipping quotation.

6.Returns & Complaints

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrectly delivered items.
Complaints must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Please include photo documentation when possible.

7. Product Characteristics

Our products are made from natural raw materials, particularly chili peppers. Since these are natural products, the level of heat may vary depending on the harvest. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a consistent level of spiciness and assume no liability for this.

8.Co-Branding & Private Label

We offer co-branded or private label options for our business clients based on agreed minimum order quantities.
All branding elements must be pre-approved by RiFa Chili Circus.

9.Liability

RiFa Chili Circus is not liable for any adverse reaction due to chili heat or misuse of the product. Use responsibly according to your heat tolerance.

10.Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and packaging designs are the intellectual property of RiFa Chili Circus and may not be used without written permission.

11.Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Place of jurisdiction is Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
