Our sauces are handcrafted in small batches using homegrown chilis on the island of Mallorca. They're 100% natural, vegan, and made with pure love, spice & soul – no artificial stuff, ever.

2. Where are RiFa Chili Circus sauces made?
All our sauces are legally produced in Mallorca (registro sanitario) using locally grown chilis. Every bottle carries the sunshine and flavor of the island.

3. Are the sauces natural?
Yes – our sauces are 100% natural, handmade, and free from allergens, preservatives, and additives. Pure flavor, nothing else.

4. Are all your products vegan?
Yes! All RiFa products are 100% vegan and free from animal-derived ingredients.

5. Do you use fermentation?
No – unlike many hot sauces, RiFa Chili Circus is cooked, not fermented. This gives us vibrant, fresh flavor and a shelf life of 1–2 years.

6. How spicy are your sauces? How many heat levels do you offer?
We offer five different heat levels, from mild to wild. Whether you're a flavor fan or a firestarter, there’s a RiFa sauce for you.

7. Where can I buy your sauces?
You can order RiFa Chili Circus sauces directly from our online shop. They are also available at selected restaurants, hotels, gourmet stores and markets across Mallorca.

8. Do you ship internationally?

9. How long do the sauces last?
Thanks to our cooking process, our sauces keep their quality for 12–24 months without any additives.

10. How should I store the sauces?
Keep them in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 6–8 weeks for best flavor.

11. Can restaurants and shops order RiFa Chili Circus sauces?
Absolutely! We work closely with gastronomy clients, offering tastings to help you choose the right heat levels and the best mix of sauces for your menu or shop.

12. What’s the minimum order?
We are flexible and happy to discuss your needs. Co-branding starts from 25 bottles/month. For tastings just get in touch with us. The minimum order through our online shop is EUR 25.

13. Are your bottles recyclable?
Yes. All RiFa bottles and packaging are recyclable. We like our planet just as much as our chilis.

14. I have an allergy – are your products safe?
Our sauces contain no common allergens and no preservatives. Still, check the label for full ingredients or contact us directly if you have concerns.

15. Which RiFa sauce is right for me?

Every RiFa sauce has its own personality and heat level. If you're new to spicy food, we recommend starting with Chill Out or Tongue Tango. For true chili lovers, Voodoo Heat and Hell's Bells deliver the ultimate kick.

16. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.

17. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. We also offer free shipping on qualifying orders. Please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy in the online shop for current rates.

We accept all major payment methods offered during checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal (if enabled) and other secure payment options.

19. Why can the heat level vary slightly?

Because we use fresh, natural chillies, every harvest is unique. The flavour and heat may vary slightly from batch to batch depending on the growing conditions and the quality of the raw ingredients. That's the beauty of handmade natural products.

21. Can I order from outside the EU?

If your country isn't available during checkout, simply contact us directly. We'll be happy to check the available shipping options and prepare a personalised quotation.

22. Can I cook with RiFa sauces?

Yes! RiFa sauces are made for much more than just adding heat at the table. Use them for cooking, marinating, dipping or finishing your favourite dishes. Each sauce adds its own unique flavour as well as its own level of heat.

23. Do RiFa Chili Sauce stains wash out?

Yes – in our experience, they do! Simply wash the garment as usual and let it air dry preferably in the sun. For some reason, any remaining stains usually disappear completely after the second wash at the latest.
