Thanks to our cooking process, we achieve a natural shelf life of 1–2 years, without fermentation, while keeping the flavors vibrant and authentic.

Our spicy love story
It all started with Rita – a woman with a burning passion for chili sauces. Seriously, she carried a bottle in her handbag at all times, just in case something needed a little “fire upgrade.” 🔥
Frank – her husband, food fanatic, and fearless flavor tinkerer. One day, he looked at Rita and said, “Why not make you the perfect chili sauce, my love?”
Challenge accepted.
What began as a kitchen experiment turned into a fiery obsession. Frank grew his own chilis, cooked, blended, tasted (and cried a little), until he had not just one sauce, but five unique hot sauces that didn’t just impress Rita – they wowed all of Mallorca!
And just like that, RiFa Chili Circus was born – a spicy tribute to love, flavor, and a little madness.
