Mallorca gives our Carolina Reapers exactly what they love: plenty of sunshine, warmth and Mediterranean climate.

We carefully grow and harvest our chillies to deliver excellent freshness and quality. New plants and harvests are grown regularly, so availability depends on the season and the current harvest.

What is a Carolina Reaper?

The Carolina Reaper is one of the most famous super-hot chilli varieties in the world. It is instantly recognisable by its wrinkled red skin and characteristic pointed tail.

And this little chilli means business. 🔥

Carolina Reapers typically reach around 1.4–2.2 million Scoville Heat Units (SHU), putting them firmly in the extreme-heat category.

But the Carolina Reaper isn't just about brutal heat. Before the fire really kicks in, it offers a surprisingly fruity and slightly sweet flavour – one of the reasons it has become such a legendary ingredient among chilli lovers and hot-sauce makers.
